| The duties of the president are to preside over all meetings of the Board of Directors and meetings of the club members, sign all contracts and other documents, which must first be approved by the board of Directors. |

Vice President: Bob Krakosky
|
|
| The duties of the Vice President are to preside in the absence of or inability of the President. The Vice President will also act as the Regional Director for MCA. The Regional Director is a member of the National Club Board of Directors and is entitled to vote at all National Board of Directors meetings. The Regional Director may submit a proxy in lieu of attendance. |

| Secretary: Tanya Sault |

| The duties of the secretary are to keep a full and complete record of the proceedings of the Board of Directors and when needed a record of meetings of the members. Once written, the documents will be sent to the officer's for review. |

|
| Financial Officer: Emily Kroeger |
|
| The duties of the Financial Officer are to collect and manage all funds of the Daytona Mustang Club, and manage the club bank account. The Financial Officer and President will have signature authority for this account. |
